GREATER ZION BRAND ASSET USAGE
The Greater Zion brand, including logo, marks, images, video, and any other brand assets are the intellectual property of the Greater Zion Convention & Tourism Office and should only be used with approval from our office.
The Greater Zion brand is trademarked and usage of our brand assets is restricted.
- Access to our media assets (photo and video) are reserved for direct tourism-related purposes and use by tourism-related identities, as they are developed with and governed by tourism tax dollars.
- Use of the term Greater Zion as part of your business or brand name, and use of Greater Zion media assets in direct relation to your brand identity is not proper.
- It is not appropriate to attach the Greater Zion brand to a specific entity or offering, or to imply that there is a direct relationship between the business entity and Greater Zion.
- Use of all Greater Zion assets must be clearly attributed.
The term Greater Zion represents the area’s identity as a whole. In this way, Greater Zion belongs to the community and we encourage using it to describe the area where a business or entity is located, but for clarity, there must be clear distinction between the Greater Zion brand assets and the business identity of an individual business.
The Greater Zion Convention & Tourism Office is an entity of Washington County Government. As a government entity, we must be careful not to play favorites. Improper use of the brand name and assets by any entity to use as part of their brand name and identity to give the impression that we are somehow in partnership constitutes a misuse of the brand assets.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not copy or use the assets in any way without express written permission from the Greater Zion Convention & Tourism Office.
